PRICING: The prices listed in our catalog do not include any applicable sales tax or delivery expense. The buyer is required to pay all delivery expenses, including mandatory insurance. Texas residents are subject to 7.875% sales tax. |

PAYMENT: We accept money orders and personal checks. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Payment in full must be received and processed prior to merchandise shipment. Checks should be made payable to Marshall’s Brocante. In some cases we may accept credit cards. |

SHIPPING: Shipping of most merchandise is done through USPS. Insurance is mandatory. With payment by personal check, the items are normally held for 10 days to ensure that the check clears. Shipment of items paid for by money order is no longer than 2 business days after receipt of payment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the post office if the item is lost or damaged. Be sure to save the packaging materials and leave the item the way it arrived to show the claim adjuster. We will forward you the insurance receipt immediately and help you in any way possible to handle this. The shipment of larger items, furniture, paintings, etc., must be arranged by the buyer. We will be glad to provide you with names of reputable shippers or moving companies. When you receive the item, please inspect it immediately for any damage. If there is damage, you must make an immediate claim with the moving company. |

OUR RETURN POLICY: We describe the items in our catalog as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the item, you must notify us by email or telephone within 3 days from your receipt of the item. A full refund for the purchase price will be given if the item is not as described and it is returned to us in the same condition as it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. Insurance is mandatory. |
