6% Sales tax will be charged if the item(s) ordered are shipping within Florida unless the person ordering has a valid Florida Sales Tax number. Most of our orders will be shipped the day after payment has been confirmed and or received depending on method of payment. Returning an Item
*With your invoice # call a Keslinger Antiques. If we can’t amend the problem to your satisfaction, we will issue a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and authorize the return of your item(s). a Keslinger Antiques will not accept any unauthorized returns. Any item returned without an RMA# will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. *Ship the item(s) back to us, freight prepaid and insured. Please pack it with care, using the original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly in large letters on each box you send back. A Keslinger Antiques will issue a refund normally within 7 days from the date the item(s) is received. Shipping, Handling, and Returned freight charges are not refundable. *To receive credit, item(s) must be received in an as-sent, undamaged condition. Any change in the condition of the item sent will negate the return. Our security seal on the item must be unmolested and intact. *To receive a refund, the item(s) must be received at our address within seven (7) days from the date the item was received by you at the address we shipped the item(s) to. *For item(s) purchased with a credit card, the refund will be paid by issuing a credit on your card for the item(s). |
