This is an antique fancy Victorian natural wicker rocker.It has a serpentine rolled crest and arms. The center panel has diamond designs woven into the back and is framed by braiding. There are curlicues flanking the back panel and under the arms. Set in cane seat. Puffy shapely full skirting with ribbon and loop designs. Circa 1890's. W.P. Whitney & Co. label. |
