This is a very rare Wakefield Rattan Co. etagere. The top is a fancy twist-wrapped ball with 4 arched cane wrapped columns supporting 4 wood shelves. Corners are adorned with fancy twist-wrapped balls and birdcage designs are applied to the columns. Cane wrapped legs ending in wood-turned feet. This is a wonderful early example of wicker furniture by Wakefield Rattan Co. Circa 1880's. Height-58" 18 1/2" X 18 1/2"
