Early Victorian Etagere This is a very rare Wakefield Rattan Co. etagere. The top is a fancy twist-wrapped ball with 4 arched cane wrapped columns supporting 4 wood shelves. Corners are adorned with fancy twist-wrapped balls and birdcage designs are applied to the columns. Cane wrapped legs ending in wood-turned feet. This is a wonderful early example of wicker furniture by Wakefield Rattan Co. Circa 1880's. Height-58" 18 1/2" X 18 1/2"

Rare Early Victorian Gothic Stick Style Natural Wicker Sheet Music Stand This is a rare early Victorian wicker sheet music stand that retains the original natural finish. It is a fine example of early Victorian wicker design. This is a unique piece that would be a focal point in any room. The rattan is finely crafted into stick patterns.The top of this piece consists of long arched pieces of rattan that form the handle and provide posts that are embellished with curlicues and decorative cross-wrapping. The shelves are woven mattings. The bottom skirting is very attractive with various lengths of rattan forming a pattern. The piece ends in wood turned feet. This is a wonderful and rare example of Heywood Bros. and Co. early wicker design.
