Fabulous oak pedestal. The solid quartered rectangular oak
top has a rounded edge and cut corners. The base features two fully carved
standing birds on either side of the central post. They are skillfully
rendered with full plumes on their heads, open carved beaks, carved feathers
on the surface, individual detailed wings, and claw feet. This is a rare
form to find in oak!
