Pretty Victorian Silverplated Figural Centerpiece with
the original frosted glass insert that has tiny bubbles in the rim from the
making! The insert is
shaped with an inner post to fit the compote. The fancy rim is
decorated with with
birds and flowers and the center stem has three children dancing
around a raised
winged bird. Signed in the center of base "Pairpoint Mfg. Co,
Quadruple Plate" with
the Pairpoint "P" in a diamond frame. This attractive piece would
lend itself well
to the center of a dining room table with sweets or fruit.
