Lovely Victorian walnut etagere signed "P. F. Packard and
Sons, Boston" inside the center drawer. It has an impressive heavily carved
top crest with open carved leaves. There is a central arched mirror with
three smaller shaped mirrors on either side. The mirrors appear to be all
original with only very minor silver loss. Three graduated shaped shelves
with pierce carved supports adorn each side. The shelf on the bottom left
side has some dark staining. The base has the original shaped white marble
and a drawer with two carved pulls in the bottom. Shaped burled panels
decorate the entire piece. A stunning etagere by a known maker!
