Fabulous walnut Rococo Victorian etagere attributed to
Mitchels & Rammelsberg Cincinnati, Ohio. This piece features an elaborate
open naturalistically carved frame with clusters of grapes, vines and leaves
surrounding an oval mirror with shaped shelves on each side. Notice the
heavily carved shelf supports holding up the bottom two side shelves. This
piece has an original wood top and a serpentine shaped drawer with fine
figured wood grain and carvings on the front. The sides of the base are
also shaped. The legs have a nice curved and have clumps of nuts on the
knees. A rare piece in original "as found" condition!
