A very rare (we have never seen one before) early Victorian mahogany table-chair-desk combination. When closed it forms an oval table. The top on one side flips up to reveal a desk. Next, one side unhinges and one can sit on a cushioned chair and work at the desk. There is a small drawer in the desk portion. A button with "Hedges Patent 1854" is on the support under the drawer.
