Fancy Floral Beaded Purse Fancy Floral Beaded Purse with nicely decorated silverplated
rim with top fasteners that have tiny blue glass stones. The interior
cloth lining
is especially well done and in nice original condition. The beadwork shows
some use on the edges and fringe, indicative of its age. This is a
lovely example
of fine beadwork craftsmanship.

Fabulous Art Nouveau four panel screen Fabulous Art Nouveau four panel folding screen. Each of the
panels has a hand painted floral motif on canvas one of which is signed by
the artist "M L Mayon" (see photo). There were some small holes in two of
the panels which we had professionally repaired. One painting has a drip stain that we could not remove. The walnut frame is of
fine quality design and construction. There is carving on the base of each
panel. The original brass hinges allow the panels to swing in both
direction. Probably of European origin. A lovely decorative piece from the
early 20th century!
