American Indian Beaded Canteen Not the usual item for us to carry but this was too exquisite
to pass up! An American Indian beaded canteen or flask. The glass bottle
is obviously hand blown as it shows an uneven spout. The beadwork design
features a colorful double peacock and floral motif. The long strap has the
original fabric all decorated with beads. A most intriguing piece of Native
American art!
Circa: 1900?

Pair Great Carved Walnut Shelves Great Matched Pair of Victorian Walnut Shelves with a bevel edge shaped top and three dimensional carvings of the leaves, nuts, and grapes. The perimeter has stylized branches and small leaves. (One shelf has a tiny hole in the top). Both backs are impressed "428" and are in fine original condition with a rich warm patina.

Bradley and Hubbard Lion Bookends Handsome pair of bronze patinated signed "B & H" bookends with
a beautifully executed lion's head on each. The lion is attached to the
back with a screw. The screw is exposed on one (see photo) but covered with
original patinated plug on the other. A heavy and attractive pair!

Aesthetic Victorian Corner Cabinet Cute little Aesthetic Victorian black lacquer hanging corner
cabinet. The front cupboard door has an inset original painting of a bird
and flowers on a gilt background. The top and bottom galleries have double
painted panels with a bird and roses on a gilt background. There are
turned spindles, ball finials, and a railing above and below the cupboard.
An adorable Victorian cabinet!

corner

Small Oak Display Showcase Small Oak Original Finish Display Showcase with one adjustable plate
glass shelf (another shelf could be added). All of the sides are trimmed in oak with mitered
corners. The door in back is on the original hinges and opens for access. A large
hasp was installed by the previous owner for a lock (this could be removed). There
are a few other small holes on the edge of the door where locks have been in the past.
There is a mirror on the bottom that is a recent addition but fabric could also be put down there.
This pretty showcase is an unusual small size and easily portable.

Salesman's Sample Table w/ Five Leaves Rare round walnut Victorian salesman's sample dining table
with five original leaves and center leg. The skirt has a molding around
the bottom of the skirt. The split pedestal base has lovely shaped and
carved legs ending in original brass mini castors. There are chestnut table
slides, as you would expect in the full size table along with a turned
center leg. The five original leaves even come in their own leaf rack
complete with numbers. Small pieces of Victorian furniture were often
made by very skilled grandpa's for their offspring. This piece however, is a
true salesman's sample - factory made to scale. We have never had a table
like this before.

Salesman's Sample Victorian Table Very rare and adorable walnut round Victorian salesman's
sample dining room table with three original leaves. The skirt is burled.
The split pedestal base is decorated with shaped burled panels, applied
carved rosettes and acorn shaped finials. The table opens to accommodate
the three leaves. Notice there are even original mini castors on the
feet. It even has the original brass hooks that hold the two sides of the
base and top together (see photo of underside of table). There are a few
small nicks in the wood consistent with the age. Small pieces of Victorian
furniture were often made by very skilled grandpa's for their offspring.
This piece however, is a true salesman's sample - factory made to scale. We
have never had a table like this before.

William Jennings Bryan Tray William Jennings Bryan painted tray in nice original
condition. It is decorated on the edge with fancy scrolled trim and a handsome
portrait of Bryan who was the Democratic nominee for president in 1896.
He lived from 1860 to 1925. The tray is in the original paint with slight losses.

Rosewood Fire Screen by Alexander Roux Fabulous rosewood Rococo Victorian fire screen attributed to
Alexander Roux. It has a wonderful intricately carved round frame with a
carved crest. There is a circular rosewood "tube" that is held above the
surface of the round frame by small spindles and elaborate carvings. The
crest and carved frame are all indicative of the work of Roux. The middle
appears to be a delicate floral embroidery on silk. This is held on the
post by a brass ring and threaded screw which fits into a small hole in the
rod. The top finial and tripod base are all beautifully carved. A
masterpiece!

Mahogany Rococo Vanity Mirror Rococo Victorian mahogany vanity mirror. The elaborately
shaped mirror frame features an open carved floral crest. The original
mirror is missing some of the silver backing. The base has serpentine
shaped sides and front with two drawers in the front. Notice the jewelry
compartments in both of the drawers. The drawers have beautiful grain. The
back of the base is dovetailed (see photo). A wonderful cabinet to store
jewelry!

Wonderful Pair Bronze Dolphin Andirons Wonderful Pair of Very Decorative Bronze Andirons with
figural dolphins, spiraled tails, and fancy top finial forming the posts.
The bases are very ornate with raised relief work of foliage, draped crests,
and ribbons ending with curled padded feet. The cast iron back supports are
all original and the bronze finish is in the fine original patina. There is a signature
on the back (see photo) but we are not able to make it out.

beautiful flowing design with open carvings and flowers. The interior
floral needlepoint is in quite nice original condition and the
background has normal browning from age. The fabric on the back has been
replaced. There is an old repair to the gold liner. This firescreen is
very decorative and one of the nicest ones you are going to find!
