UP FOR SALE IS THIS FINE RARE AMERICAN QUARTERED OAK FIREPLACE MANTEL WITH AN ALL-ORIGINAL ATTACHED CHINA CABINET.

IT IS SIGNED BY THE MANUFACTURER J.F.KAMMERER, PHILADEPLHIA, PA. (Dated 1896)

THE WHOLE ENTIRE PIECE IS QUARTERED OAK AND IT’S IN THE ORIGINAL FINISH.
THE FIREPLACE HAS THE BEVELED ORIGINAL MIRROR W/REEDED COLUMNS SUPPORTING THE SHELVES AND A CROWN WITH ATTACHED MOULDINGS ON THE TOP ALSO THERE IS BEADED MOULDINGS SURROUNDING THE ENTIRE TOP CROWN AND THE MIRROR.
THE CHINA CABINET HAS TWO SIDES THAT HAS THE ORIGINAL BEVELED GLASS AND THE ONE SIDE FACING THE FIREPLACE IS SOLID OAK.THE CHINA CABINET HAS 4 SHELVES THAT ARE ADJUSTABLE AND A BOTTOM DRAWER AND A RAISED PANNEL SIDES.
THE OPENING FOR THE FIREPLACE IS 36-36 INCHES.
THE ENTIRE UNIT MEASURES 76 INCHES WIDE- APPROXIMATE 8FT. TALL AT THE CHINA CABINET.THE FIREPLACE UNIT IS 7 FT HIGH.
THE PIECE HAS TWO OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE PAPER LABELS.ONE IS ON THE BACK OF THE FIREPLACE UNIT AND THE OTHER IS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CHINA CABINET UNDER THE DRAWER.

THIS PIECE WAS CUSTOM MADE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT THAT TIME (1896) AND SHE IS ALMOST PERFECT ORIGINAL CONDITION EXCEPT FOR A FEW MINOR IMPERFECTIONS.
SHE LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE YESTERDAY…!!!!!

He was one of the most important Architects of the German Neo-classicism Era. His cast iron furniture was praised for its functionality and exoticism.
Settee and two chairs make up this VERY RARE FIND.This set has been in a estate for over 70 yrs.Measures are approx:settee(54"long-28"high-20"deep) chairs(20"-20"-28"high)

Antique cast iron garden bench or settee "Curtain" pattern, STAMPED IN CAST "Peter Timmes Son, Brooklyn, N.Y." and dated on the reverse "Pat. May 7, 1895".
Curtain design ,leafy S-curves and scrolls of the rococo style of the Renaissance Revival Period with A Moorish influence.
The Timmes foundry held the patent's for this settee and made cast iron gates, urns and garden furniture.

Antique Matching Pair of CAST IRON JOCKEYS Matching Pair of Victorian Cast Iron Jockeys which came from an estate in GOSHEN,N.Y. A 17th century Historical Horse farm were the resting place for these pieces for over 100 years.Paint condition is poor but original.The bases were filled and anchored in limestone for security and were used to tie horses in front of the homestead.The overall height is approx:42"tall and no breaks or missing parts.
