This American Victorian Fireplace came from a huge Brownstone Estate overlooking the Hudson River,N.Y.The fireplace dates to the late 1880’s and is near perfect condition except that it needs a good cleaning.There are no breaks,chips or gouges. White in color with black grains running through the entire piece.It is not fake compressed marble but a real American Solid Marble treasure. Extremely heavy with a shaped mantel and carved side pieces.

Measurements are…44 inches tall-52 inches wide with a shaped mantel top measuring 611/2 inches long-11 ½ inches deep.

The opening size is 35 ½ inches wide-33 ½ inches wide

THE PIECE MEASURES APPROXIMATE… 12 FOOT LONG – 48 INCHES-TALL- 5-6 INCHES THICK AND IS IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION AND THIS IS READY FOR A NEW DECORATORS INTERIOR PROJECT.THE PIECE IS FINISHED THE SAME ON BOTH SIDES WITH HEAVY QUARTERED OAK MOULDINGS.
