They stand approximately 4 inches high. The color is referred to as French Crystal: high polish details against a satin finish background - named because of the Lalique quality this finish gives the glass. Perfect condition. | This tumbler vase is part of the Martele Line produced by Consolidated Glass Company during the 1920's. The pattern is called 'Katydid', though it's usually referred to as the 'grasshopper' vase. 8 inches tall, the color of the glass is blue crystal. (The color is in the glass, not a wash applied over clear glass.) Excellent condition and very hard to find in this color.

| This beautiful pillow vase was produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the vase was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Olives', though some feel they look more like plums... The vase is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2695 Olive vase, and measures 8 inches by 3 1/2 inches by 4 inches high. The color is referred to as French Crystal: high polish details against a satin finish background - named because of the Lalique quality this finish gives the glass. What is really interesting is that this vase comes with a crystal flower frog that isn't listed in any catalog. I purchased it this way - don't know if someone put them together or if it was available at the original time of production, but the frog fits perfectly. Perfect condition. The cover depicts Columbus' flagship, the Santa Maria, while the bottom has dolphins on each side. Excellent condition. The original company ad reads, "Appeals to both men and women. Can be used for cigarettes or on a dresser or vanity to hold powder." (I keep tootsie rolls in mine....)

Originally produced in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. These 4 1/2 inch berry bowls are very special. The white ceramic finish is done in the French Crystal style (high polish figures against an opaque background) but instead of each nude being highlighted as is usually done, every other figure is done in the ceramic wash. This treatment was a custom order done in the first month of production. Even more special, these bowl came from the estate of a Consolidated Glass company worker who brought them home in January of 1928 so we can date them directly to the beginning of production.
