English White Ironstone Covered Soap Dish

This white ironstone covered soap dish has an embossed bow and tassel on both sides of the finial on the lid along with 3 raised beads on the embossed finial.
It measures about 6 inches on the longest dimension and 4 inches high
Back stamp is shown and dates this piece to the mid c.1800's.
This White Ironstone soap dish is in very good antique condition with no cracks or significant chips. There is faint discoloration on the inside top edge and a potting separation on the inside rim of the lid. There is a teeny flake to the edge of the lid - more felt than seen - see pictures. This small flake can be seen at the top of the 3rd picture. There is also a little light crazing.
Antique white ironstone is increasing in popularity and this piece would be a special addition to or start of your collection.
