Mid twentieth century, rectangular faces with facet engraved diamond pattern, intersection with small round blue sapphires. The faces are all over engraved in a wave-like pattern, back marked 14k, with toggles, and a matching tie bar (photo #2). American, circa 1960, in excellent original condition. 19/32"x3/4", tie bar 3/8"x1-5/8".
