Antique 12 Font Branch Oil Chandelier Cast Iron This is one of the most amazing 19th century oil burning chandeliers that I have seen in quite a while. It is made of cast iron – the casting is very ornate! It has a very interesting and original surface patina which is virtually untouched. In each highly decorated font holder or font arm there is a clear glass font with its original burnings and chimney. Each chimney has a nice crimped top edge. The chandelier is amazing in the fact that even though it is large being 12 branches (or 12 fonts) chandelier the movement in it is very unique you can see over it, under it, and through what I mean to say is that it is not obtrusive in anyway. The form is basically very naturalistic. I am knocked out by the condition of it – it is super and it just gives you chills. A lighting device like this chandelier that is so old, so rich and so wonderful is such a great piece of American history! It measures approx 52" at highest with a 39" overall diameter. Due to its size it was very difficult to capture its true beauty in a photograph – if you slightly like the pictures you will be knocked out when you see it in person!

Molded Cut Glass Crystal Chandelier Two Tier Simply breathtaking – when you look at this that is the first thought that comes to mind – Wow just breathe taking! Where to begin with a description for this chandelier? Glorious crystal cut in a hounds tooth pattern throughout the central body. It is just magnificent! It is a two tier chandelier with six branches on the top and six branches on the lower tier. The branches are a molded glass branch with a rib design. The bobeches are cut glass in a zipper pattern. I hope you can see the unusual facetted crystals that adorn each bobeche. There are French fancy pendaloges that accent every beaded swag connection. The chandelier is totally magnificent – the colors are brilliant. They are striking and stunning! It is newly wired and you can use any size bulb that you wish. It is suitable for any style decorating from classical to French - Chippendale, Traditional – it doesn’t matter even Conventional would work perfectly. I’m very unsure as to the age of this chandelier – I believe and it is quite possible that is dates from around the 1940’s or 50’s. It is very hard to tell. We have taken it completely apart to clean it and rewire it and it is ready to install. If you desire opulence and quality this is the chandelier for you. It measures approx 28" at highest with a 25" overall diameter.

Antique Crystal Cut Molded Glass Chandelier 4 Branch This is a very nice late 19th or early 20th century crystal chandelier. It has four finely molded branches. The overall design of this chandelier is quite Irish in feel – I think it is quite unusual. It is one of the most intricate and interesting chandeliers. It has beautiful flowing foliate scrolled branches each strung with a huge faceted French crystal pendaloge. The stem of the chandelier is blown mold and cut. All the molding and cutting of the crystal is superior. I love the way the bead work drapes form the top canopy. All the crystals and prisms are in very fine condition. This is quite the substantial chandelier yet unobtrusive – meaning that you can see through it and around it. I love the color which is a sign of incredible crystal – colorless. True signs of wonderful antique crystal. The chandelier has been recently rewired. Every part of it has been taken apart and cleaned. You need to do nothing more then install it above your dining room table and it is ready to light up your life. Superb quality and in very fine condition. The chandelier measures 28" high (top of canopy) with an overall diameter of 19" (the chain can be lengthened or shortened for any desired height).

Large Vintage Waterford Crystal Chandelier Here is an ever so graceful six branch cut glass chandelier. It is just as elegant as can be. It starts out at the top with free flowing fawns that gentle swoop out. Attached to those fawns is a glass ring with two cut beads and a French cut pendulum. The central tier has beaded cut drapes that swoop down gracefully and attach to each candle branch. The blown glass arms end in a large cut glass ball. The cutting is handsome and reserved – and there is a lot of it. The chandelier has been recently wired and it is ready to install. It dates from the mid 1900’s. It has an overall diameter of 23" and it is 31 ½"at highest (to top of canopy the chain is adjustable). If you remotely love this chandelier from the pictures you will die when you see it in person.

Antique Chandelier 4 Font Oil Gilt Brass Here is a lovely example of American lighting – it is an elegant and ornate 4 branch oil chandelier. It dates from the mid 19th century and I highly suspect that it is made by the Hooper Company of Boston. This is certainly their style of chandelier. It was originally a fluid burning chandelier with brass fonts and of course now it has been fitted for electricity. It has a highly ornate brass chain which is in a grape and vine design. The chain stems from the top canopy of the chandelier and swoops down gently attaching to each branch. The shades all have a lovely cut glass floral design and there is a chimney inside to top it off. This is a perfect chandelier for classical décor. It would make the perfect compliment to your American empire furniture. The brass surface patina is rich and wonderful and the casting of the grapes and vines is crisp and well defined. Once again recently rewired and ready to install. It has an overall diameter of 25" and it is 27"at highest (to top of canopy the chain is adjustable).

Antique Crystal Chandelier Large Classical Here is a truly spectacular 19th century classical designed crystal chandelier. I should start by saying that this crystal chandelier came from a very fine homestead in Alfred, Maine. It was originally gas burning and of course some time later it was converted to electricity. There are fifteen graceful candle branches and all of the branches are strung with elegant long splendor prisms. They have a shapely crystal bobeche and stylish drip candle holders. You can hardly tell that this fixtures is electric it looks so genuinely candle burning. It is graceful in every aspect – as you can see it is strung with a massive amount of crystals. The crystals are all that beautiful hand faceted type. Inside the crystal basket there are approximately ten sockets. The frame and candle branches are brass. Everything is truly dramatic and graceful – quite the masterpiece. It has been newly rewired to UL approved wiring. You can use any size bulb. It is ready to install and light up your life. This chandelier is so grand that it is almost impossible to capture its ambiance in photographs. If you like the chandelier from these pictures you will die when you see it in person. It measures a grand 58" h with a 36" overall diameter.

Monumental Gas & Electric Crystal Chandelier Here is a 19th century masterpiece for sure! It is a very large tiered crystal chandelier. It was originally gas and electric. It has 4 gas arms with daisy and button pattern glass shades. The crystal is all truly magnificent (and there is tons of it). It has large spear crystals and large crystal beaded chains. All around the brass frame there is studded cut crystal spears. This masterpiece measures approx. 56" high x 42" at widest. The wiring is in very good condition – it is literally ready to install. This chandelier is so sophisticated and it naturally demands all of your attention when you enter the room.

Antique Classical Gilt Bronze Chandelier This is an extremely elegant 5 branch gilt bronze chandelier in the regency style. This chandelier is so finely casted and the colors are rich and mellow. Antique Seuss Stained Glass Chandelier Here is a grand stained glass hanging lamp from the late 1800’s early 1900’s. It is a monumental masterpiece attributed to the Mosaic Lamp Makers "Seuss" of Chicago. It measures 24" in diameter x 40" high. This lamp has 4 gas burners between the canopy and dome. Antique French Art Nouveau Glass Chandelier Signed This is an absolutely rare and exciting find – it is an Art Nouveau French hanging chandelier. If I didn’t tell you that every piece was signed Muller Freres, you would swear it was Lalique. The work is totally superior. It has a wonderful silver frame with an ornate four chain suspension and canopy. Each panel of the wonderful, I’m going to call it camphor glass – or frosted glass, has the depth and richness of superior French quality. It feels like silk when you run your hand across it. Again every signal glass panel and shade is signed Muller Freres Luneville. Now for the bad news – one of the electric hanging shades has a crack in it. The crack goes from the base of the shade mid way up on the edge seem. It cannot be seen what so ever – even if I pointed it out to you, you wouldn’t be able to see it. But never the less it is there, it is fixed and it will not run further, split, or fall apart. The overall surface patina on the silvered metal is very rich and mellow! It just reminds me of jewelry when I look at it. We have recently rewired this chandelier and it is ready to install. I wanted to mention also that inside the frame is also marked Muller Freres Luneville. Spectacular French art glass art nouveau chandelier – one that is not common to find! The chandelier is 26" square overall x approx 32" high to the top of the canopy.

Antique Silver Bronze Classical Chandelier Fruit I absolutely love this chandelier – truly a unique work of art. The overall chandelier is very classical in design. The central body of the chandelier depicts fruit in a fruit basket. You can see the design on the central body is in a nice basket weave. On the top of the chandelier there is a grouping of fruit. The chandelier is truly so classical. It is a five branch. It is a beautiful, rich, mellow silver on bronze most likely made by the Silver Bronze Co. of New York. It has the matching canopy. It has a wonderful feel. It has been newly rewired and it is ready to install. The surface is rich and mellow and I think again that the overall fixture is quite unique. Dating from the early 1900’s and in very fine condition. It measures 40" high (top of canopy) with an overall approx diameter of 18 ½".

Antique Cut Glass Crystal Chandelier Irish Absolutely wonderful petite crystal chandelier. Just looking at it gives me goose bumps. I hope I have photographed it well enough for you to really get an idea of its grandness. In this instance I would say that pictures are worth a thousand words. I absolutely love this one! The crystal is so spectacular – it is that wonderful colorless crystal. The cutting is deep and there is a lot of it. It totally appears to me to Irish cut glass (Irish, Waterford, perhaps). It has wonderful molded candle cups and bobeches in a spectacular design that flow all the way through the chandelier. It has a wonderful canopy at top strung with brilliant arrow head cut prisms and the column as you can see is quite spectacular as well in a very unusual design. The bottom finial is very elegant – I don’t think I can get a picture of just how exquisite it really is. It is a cut glass spear with bull’s eye cuttings on each reserve. All in all quite a spectacular chandelier – newly wired and ready to install. It has a wonderful silver canopy and chain – all the fittings are silver. The measurement is given for the fixture only – it is possible to use any length chain. The chandelier is approx 30" high (top of canopy) with a 23" overall diameter.

Antique Cascade Crystal Chandelier Gilt Bronze Not your average cascade chandelier. This 19th century cascade masterpiece, as I call it, is really to die for. It is gilt bronze. It has everything going for it. Take a good look at the pictures they speak much louder then words. The flowing, classical movement in this chandelier is just beyond description. The spear prisms are the colorless color that we love to see – they are large, heavy and finely finely cut. I love the overall design of this chandelier – I think it is very unusual. In the last 30 years I have had thousands and thousands of chandeliers but I have never had one in this design! When you look at it, it makes you want to touch it. The surface patina of the gilt bronze frame is so rich and lustrous – it is my million dollar cascade chandelier. I particular love, and look close at this, the staggering effect of the way the crystals hang in the circular rings. Again it is very unusual and in a very unique design. It has recently been rewired and ready to install. All the prisms are present with none missing. It is in perfect condition! The chandelier is 45" high (top of canopy) with approx overall diameter of 18".
